Hi. I'm Hannah. I will be sporting a red shirt next year at Degrassi. I love being involved in school clubs, learning about new things and going to the beach.
My best friends are currently Adam and Imogen. I consider Eli a close friend as well despite a few interesting twists and turns in the past.

Someone come over to my house and play scrabble with me!
I can!
Alright! See you in a bit?
Yes!

Jake couldn’t help but glance around him as they waited. He was seeing a distinct lack of men in this queue. He exchanged a look with one of the only other guys around the place, and receieved an embarressed sympathetic smile.
He moved closer to Hannah, his hands resting in the small of her back as she pinched his cheeks. He couldn’t help but laugh. “I’ll be a big baby with grazed knees, I can picture it already” he joked with a laugh.
He told the girl behind the counter his shoe size; tactfully ignoring her eye contact and pretty smile. He never really understood girls who flirted with guys while their girlfriends stood beside him. He smiled bashfully; and paid, taking his skates as she wished them a good time.
“She seemed friendly” he joked, rolling his eyes as they headed for the rink. “Already, let’s lace these babies up and have some fun.”
Hannah hated it when other girls flirted with Jake. She supposed it was better when they did it in front of her because she was aware it. It didn’t mean she ever loved it. She trusted Jake though. These days there was no doubts and things were as cemented as ever. No one was ever going to steal him away with her and if they tried, she was going to teach them a lesson when it came to fucking with red heads.
“Not cute,” she said elbowing him hard at his joke, finding a bench to tug off her shoes and put on her skates. She hide her shoes under the bench, decisively leaving them there. She waited, laughing as he tried to figure out how to lace the things up and in the end, helped him before extending a hand to help him to his feet and helping walk him to the ice. She stepped out first, regaining her sense of balance before she waited for him to do the same, never leaving arms length, prepared to help him.
“You look like bambi before he learned to walk,” she said laughing quietly. They could pick at each other without hurting each other’s feelings too much. She knew he wouldn’t take offense to it. Especially since he was in trouble if she left him there alone to fall on his face. “You can hold onto me with one hand and the rail with the other. It’s the only way to get started. We’ll make a few laps this way before I try and show you any fancy stuff.”

Jake smiled; she looked so cute all rugged up in her winter gear. Her cheeks already had that rosy look to them and he knew being on the ice would just bring it out more. “I can’t believe I actually agreed to this” he admitted; with a laugh.
When she mentioned about him staying over, Jake just grinned. “Can’t get enough of me huh?” he paused at a traffic light, and tilted her chin up to kiss her lightly. “Well I think it’s mutual. My stuff is already packed in the backseat” he admitted. Lately he’d always had an overnight bag packed whenever he was hanging out with Hannah. They were a lot more serious then most couples in high school. He was lucky that their parents were so cool with it.
“So should I have brought padding or something?” he asked worriedly as they pulled up at the ice skating rink.
Hannah kissed him back at the red light, getting a little lost in the soft kiss. She laughed out loud when she heard a honk of the horn behind them. Obviously someone had never been young and in love with each other. “I will never get sick of you,” Hannah told him simply. She appreciated the fact they were different from everyone else. She hated watching her peers go from relationship to relationship. She found the practice revolting. This had always been more than a normal relationship though. She’d known for quite some time that they were meant to be. Their parents knew it. His mom had known it before she’d died. Maybe it took her a while to figure it out but now she knew. Why would she even want to be bothered with someone else?
“We’re going to ice skate not play hockey,” she told him shaking her head as she climbed out with her skates, moving around to grab his hand and move to where they could rent him some. “I promise I won’t get too aggressive with you on the ice. I happen to like your face. I’ll just teach you the basics and if you bust your butt, I’ll make it feel better lately. You won’t fall though. I’ll hold you hand the whole time if it’ll make you feel better.” She pinched his cheeks playfully as they waited in the queue for his shoes. “You’re such a big baby, babe,” she teased.
She honestly loved nights like this to death. While they shared a lot of the same interests it was always fun when they pushed each other out of their comfort zones. She liked exploring new things with him and she hoped he enjoyed it as much as she did.

There are plenty of people who can help with the tutoring program. I think calculus is an acquired taste.
Nothing much. Laughing at Jake at the moment. What’s up with you?
It didn’t take Jake long to get to Hannah’s. He wasn’t entirely sure about this whole ice skating idea though; he’d never been before and it wasn’t the most manly of dates. Did guys even go ice skating? Whatever - it didn’t matter. Hannah wanted to go, and even if he made a total ass out of himself, it would be fun; because he was going to be with his favorite person in the entire world.
He pulled up outside, lightly tapping the horn and awaiting her arrival.
Hannah grabbed her skates and made her way out the door with a wave to her parents, telling them to expect them in later. She knew it was a school night but they’d probably be back in a bit. It wasn’t as if they hadn’t finished their homework before going out to be together. They usually were pretty good about getting done with what they needed to finished. Tonight was no different. Her hair was in neat braids and she had on a warm sweater and jeans to help fight off the cold. She grinned as she climbed inside the truck smiling at him warmly.
“I can’t believe I finally talked you into this,” she told him happily. She’d only been trying to get him to go ice skating forever. He usually was open for a good arm twisting but this was the sort of thing she usually ended up doing with Imogen or someone else. She knew she’d have to help him figure out what he was doing but it was going to be cute. ”I’ll buy you hot chocolate to make it up to you if you don’t enjoy yourself which you will,” she told him kissing his cheek in greeting and snuggling up beside him at the wheel. Tonight was going to be a great night! She just knew it.
“Are you going to stay over after ice skating?” she asked. “I already told my parents that you might. They were cool with it. They just asked that we keep it quiet. Dad has a early day tomorrow. We also are not allowed to stay out too late because it’s a school night. They want to make sure you graduate on time. I on the other hand prefer to keep you right here with me because I’m selfish. “

Well what do you feel like doing?
Besides the obvious answer here? Hm, I’m thinking ice skating.
It’s a date. I’ll pick you up in an hour?
Sounds good, Baby. Dress warm. :)
